Everyone here talks to the businesses we serve. You will hear the calls, read the forms, and see what breaks before anyone writes a plan about it.
Small team, short path
No layers to route an idea through. If something is worth doing this week, it usually ships this week.
Plain language
We say what the automation handles and what it hands to a person. That goes for how we talk to clients, and for how we talk to each other.
Own the outcome
The measure of the work is whether a client's calls get answered and their appointments get booked. Not hours logged, not features shipped.
